Job summary

Nippon Micrometal Corporation Philippines is seeking an engineer to uphold the highest quality standards in our wirebonding processes and lead process improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, strong communication and analytical skills, and punctuality; familiarity with Shinkawa Bonder Machine is a plus, with cross-team collaboration to resolve issues and enhance production.

• Ensure the highest quality standards and drive continuous process improvements.
• Provide leadership during customer support including evaluations, resolving quality issues, improvements, optimizing efficiencies, and responding to technical inquiries.
• Conduct internal evaluations as directed by Management, support production in wirebonding, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with teams to enhance production.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our products and to continuously make necessary improvements in the process.

• Provides leadership and expertise during customer support which includes evaluations, resolving quality issues, improvements, optimizing efficiencies, and responding to technical inquiries.

• Responsible in conducting internal evaluations based on plan and as directed by the Management, support production in relevance to wirebonding, troubleshoot wirebonding issues, and collaborating with various teams to enhance production as needed.
