Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Cebu is seeking a Configuration Engineer to join our team. The role focuses on reviewing configurations, engineering changes, and BOM management to ensure accurate part numbers and AVLs across assemblies.

You will coordinate ECO/ECN processes, collaborate with product engineers, and ensure documentation packages are complete and uploaded to Agile. Strong Excel, MS Suite, and reading technical drawings are essential.

Qualifications

• A degree in engineering is required with strong proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
• Experience with engineering documentation and document control procedures.
• Ability to read technical drawings and understand mechanical BOMs.
• Familiarity with industrial equipment manufacturing and ECO/ECN processes.

Responsibilities

• Review and ensure NOC and S.O configurations accuracy.
• Create and submit Engineering Changes through Agile.
• Maintain sales order BOM and initiate ECO change management.
• Coordinate ECOs/MCOs/DEVs/ECRs and track implementation.
• Submit Problem Reports to customers for BOM-related issues.
• Ensure all affected parts and BOMs are in CR/IR/PR or via ECO.
• Set up and revise all customer product information (BOMs, AVLs).
• Work with Product Engineer to restructure customer BOM for manufacturability.
• Validate customer document packages (Assembly/ Fabrication DWG, procedures) and upload to Agile.
• Collaborate with customers to resolve configuration issues.
• Generate lists of new parts for sourcing for NPIs.
