• Knowledge of component-level troubleshooting.
• Skilled in soldering, IC/MOSFET replacement and diagnostics.
• Detail oriented approach to repairs and documentation.
• Able to report directly to the Technical Services Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, GPUs, and other computer-related equipment.
• Perform hardware repair, replacement, upgrading, cleaning, and preventive maintenance.
• Perform board-level/component-level repair when qualified and assigned.
• Conduct proper testing and verification before and after repairs.
• Identify defective components and provide diagnostic findings to the supervisor.
• Prepare repair findings, parts requirements, and recommended solutions for approval.
• Follow repair procedures, service standards and safety guidelines.
• Document repair activities, parts used, and unit status.
• Maintain safe handling of customer units, components, and accessories.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Coordinate with the Technical Services Supervisor regarding difficult or escalated repairs.
