Beauchè International is seeking an Accounting Clerk – Tax Compliance to support accurate filing and monitoring of tax obligations under BIR regulations. The role involves maintaining tax records, reconciliations, and assisting with general accounting tasks.
The ideal candidate has a degree in accounting and experience in tax compliance or related fields, with strong Excel and accounting software skills. On-site work in Dasmariñas, Cavite is expected.
The Accounting Clerk – Tax Compliance is responsible for assisting in the accurate and timely preparation, filing, and monitoring of the Company’s tax obligations in compliance with BIR regulations. The position also maintains tax records, assists with reconciliations, and provides support for general accounting activities.
Prepare and assist in filing BIR tax returns, forms, and other required documents.
Compute and monitor the Company’s tax liabilities and filing deadlines.
Maintain accurate and organized tax records, receipts, certificates, and supporting documents.
Reconcile tax-related accounts and assist in preparing journal entries.
Assist in BIR audits, assessments, and other tax compliance requirements.
Coordinate with the BIR and other government agencies regarding tax-related concerns.
Monitor updates in tax laws, regulations, and filing requirements.
Assist with month-end closing, account reconciliation, and other accounting tasks as assigned.
Ensure that tax and accounting documents are properly recorded, filed, and maintained.
Perform other duties related to accounting and tax compliance as assigned by Management.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or a related field.
Experience in tax compliance, bookkeeping, or general accounting is an advantage.
Knowledge of BIR regulations and basic accounting principles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and accounting software.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work accurately under deadlines.
Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Willing to learn and keep updated with changes in tax regulations.
