Vikings Group of Companies in the Philippines is seeking a diligent Tax Assistant to support the preparation and filing of BIR tax returns for the company and its branches. You will help monitor deadlines, assist with tax computations, and organize tax records with accuracy.

Work closely with Accounting and Finance to ensure compliance and timely submission. This role offers hands-on experience in tax administration and exposure to audits and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Monitor tax filing deadlines and ensure timely submission of required documents
• Assist in tax computation, reconciliation, and validation of tax-related transactions
• Maintain and organize BIR forms, receipts, invoices, and other tax records
• Assist in preparing documents and schedules for BIR audits and tax compliance requirements
• Coordinate with Accounting, Finance, and other departments regarding tax-related documents and information
• Perform data encoding, filing, and other administrative/clerical tasks related to tax compliance
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of tax documentation
• Perform other tax compliance and accounting-related duties assigned by the supervisor
