You will provide strategic leadership for biomedical engineering services, drive compliance and asset management, oversee budgeting, and advocate continuous departmental improvement while engaging executive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; preferred Biomedical, Electronics, or Electrical.
• Master's degree or MBA units preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in biomedical engineering or hospital functions.
• Active PRC licence required.
• Certifications in Biomedical Engineering or Clinical Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for biomedical engineering services to support safe, reliable care.
• Lead compliance, safety programmes, and asset optimisation.
• Maintain an equipment and facilities database for tracking and lifecycle management.
• Ensure personnel training on safe operation and basic maintenance of medical equipment.
• Review capital equipment requests and support procurement evaluations.
• Support project planning for construction, commissioning, and inspections.
• Oversee maintenance programs to meet uptime targets and regulatory standards.
• Develop policies, procedures, and budget planning for the department.
