Job summary
Variance Trading Corporation is seeking a Biomedical Engineer to advise on the application of medical equipment in clinical environments and to service biomedical devices nationwide. You will evaluate safety and effectiveness, arrange clinical trials, and train clinicians on proper device usage.
The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Engineering, has 6–12 months of Biomedical Engineering experience, and is willing to work on-field.
Qualifications
- Degree in Electronics, Electrical or Computer Engineering.
- 6–12 months experience as Biomedical Engineer.
- Familiar with medical/hospital equipment.
- Willing to work on-field.
- PRC license is an advantage but not required.
Responsibilities
- Advise and assist in the application of medical equipment in clinical environments.
- Maintain, repair, or provide technical support for biomedical equipment.
- Evaluate the safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of biomedical equipment.
- Arrange clinical trials of medical products.
- Train clinicians and other personnel on the proper use of equipment.
- Keep up to date with new developments in the field, nationally and internationally.
- Provide good problem-solving skills in providing technical support in equipment.

- Advise and assist in the application of medical equipment in clinical environments
- Maintain, repair, or provide technical support for biomedical equipment
- Evaluate the safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of biomedical equipment
- Arrange clinical trials of medical products
- Train clinicians and other personnel on the proper use of equipment
- Keep up to date with new developments in the field, nationally and internationally
- Provide good problem-solving skills in providing technical support in equipment
- College Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and/or Computer Engineering
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience as Biomedical Engineer
- Knowledge in computer applications and basic electronics
- Familiar with medical/hospital equipment
- Must be willing to work on-field
- PRC License is an advantage but not required
