Responsibilities

• Provide services for equipment installation, repairs, and maintenance.
• Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications.
• Provide technical assistance to clients and clients’ end users.
• Maintain daily communications with customers to ensure resolution.
• Maintain tools and test equipment ensuring they are properly calibrated.
• Install new equipment by establishing, adjusting, calibrating, and testing performance.
• Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance schedules.
• Check medical equipment during arrival from manufacturers.
• Prepare and submit biomedical reports and other requirements.
• Conduct safety tests and comply with regulatory codes.

About the job:

The Biomedical Service Engineers work closely with the Health Facility, Sales department and Project Management. He/She will handle pre sales, post and after sales service, such as preventive maintenance, repairs, and installation of Medical Machines and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide services for equipment installation, repairs, and maintenance
• Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications
• Provide technical assistance to clients and clients’ end users
• Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up
• Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated
• Installs new equipment by establishing, adjusting, calibrating, and testing performance.
• Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance schedules, conducting tests and troubleshooting and repairing malfunctions
• Spearhead and ensure proper checking of medical equipment during arrival from Principals/ Manufacturers and upon deployment to customer site either for demo or delivery purposes
• Prepares and submit biomedical reports and other reportorial requirements by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
• Maintains safe and healthy working environment by conducting safety tests, recommending, and complying with procedures, training, and guiding medical and healthcare personnel and complying with regulatory codes
• And other tasks that may be assigned.

Key Skills Requirement:

• Knowledge on various medical equipment/machines (Imaging Products- Xray, CT Scan, Mamo, Patient Monitor, etc)
• Able to prioritize and follow through tasks
• Ability to work under pressure
