You will oversee budgeting, marketing programs, and customer experience across all sessions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Bingo or Casino Operations.
• Experience in developing bingo programs and marketing strategies.
• Extensive knowledge of gaming regulations and internal controls.
• Strong budgeting, financial planning, revenue forecasting, and P&L management.
• Strong analytical, planning, leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of customer service, staffing, equipment, and overall operational efficiency.
• Develop and manage annual business plans, operating budgets, and departmental KPIs.

• Develop and optimize bingo game schedules, jackpots, special games, and promotions based on customer feedback and market trends.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimization, and continuous operational improvement.

• The Bingo Manager is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational management, and financial performance of the Traditional Bingo business. The role is accountable for maximizing revenue and profitability through the development of innovative bingo programs, effective marketing strategies, sound financial management, and exceptional customer experience while ensuring full compliance with gaming regulations, internal controls, and company policies.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Bingo or Casino Operations, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.

• Experience in developing bingo programs and marketing strategies.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, revenue forecasting, and P&L management.
• Strong analytical, business planning, leadership, communication, presentation, and decision-making skills.
• At least Senior High School graduate or College level.
