Job summary

One Outsource Direct Corporation seeks a BIM Lead to drive implementation across commercial and industrial construction projects from design development through handover. You will lead BIM strategies, coordinate with engineers and designers, and ensure models align with project requirements.

The role requires extensive BIM experience, leadership, and proficiency in Revit and related BIM software to support 3D coordination, 4D sequencing, and clash detection for safe, efficient project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Extensive BIM experience and team leadership experience.
• Proficient in Revit and other BIM software.
• BIM standards knowledge, coordination, and clash detection.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM implementation for construction projects from design development through handover.
• Prepare and manage BIM Execution Plans aligned with project requirements.
• Oversee model coordination and clash detection for MEPF, equipment layouts, and plant/utility coordination.
• Coordinate with design consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to resolve issues.
• Support construction teams through 3D coordination, 4D sequencing, quantity take-offs, and as-built modeling.
• Ensure BIM outputs support construction methodology, safety, maintenance, and operations.

• Oversee model coordination and clash detection, particularly for MEPF systems, equipment layouts, and plant/utility coordination

• Support construction teams through 3D coordination, 4D sequencing, quantity take-offs, and as-built modeling
