Job summary

ONE ZONE ASIA PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking an experienced BIM Revit Lead to head a 7-person team within the BIM Revit/Digital Engineering section of One Zone.

You will deliver BIM Revit/Digital Engineering support to clients on projects across the UK, Middle East, Australasia and USA, overseeing task planning, QA, and progress reporting while ensuring adherence to company standards. Strong leadership, English communication, and advanced BIM software knowledge are essential for success in this

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in mechanical, electrical, environmental, or sanitary engineering.
• Extensive BIM Revit MEP and Navisworks experience.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 7-person BIM Revit team to deliver projects on time and to QA standards.
• Plan tasks, durations, and interdependencies with management teams.
• Allocate work and monitor progress to meet delivery schedules.
• Perform QA/QC on team outputs and maintain project templates.
• Coordinate with internal and client teams via email, calls, or video.
• Support training and development of 3D/engineering staff.
