Job summary

Surbana Jurong is seeking a skilled BIM Drafter in the Philippines to support design teams from 2D to 3D modelling, 4D simulation, and tender submissions for coastal and reclamation projects.

You will prepare visualization models for client presentations and ensure BIM compliance with BEP and project requirements. A diploma/degree in engineering or related field and 1 year BIM experience are preferred, with proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil3D, and Revit.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction, or Architecture related.
• At least 1 year of BIM modelling experience for built environment projects.
• Strong familiarity with BIM standards, BEP, and project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for design teams from 2D to 3D modelling and 4D simulation.
• Assist in preparation of visualization models for client presentations.
• Provide BIM support to supervision and project management teams to ensure compliance.
• Work with Coastal Engineering Team to plan and monitor BIM processes for coastal projects.
• Verify contractor’s monthly progress with materials quantity using Civil 3D or alternatives.
