Surbana Jurong is seeking a BIM/CAD specialist to model and draft for the C&S discipline, under the guidance of the Design Engineer and BIM/CAD Job Captain. The role emphasizes accuracy of construction documents based on BIM updates from other disciplines and seamless cross-discipline coordination.

The candidate will follow the BIM Execution Plan and project workflows, uphold content standards, and may lead discipline-specific BIM content development for projects.

• Experience with BIM modeling and CAD drafting.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple disciplines and design changes.
• Familiarity with BIM execution plans and project workflows.

Responsabilités

• Perform BIM modeling and CAD drafting for C&S discipline as directed by Design Engineer and BIM/CAD Job Captain.
• Ensure construction documents accuracy based on updated BIM models from other disciplines.
• Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines design changes and model challenges.
• Adhere to Project BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
• Follow organization BIM content standards and development procedures.
• May lead development of discipline-specific BIM modeling content for projects.
• Print drawing sets for the professional team and participate in discipline reviews.
• Prepare discipline models/content for BIM Coordination Meetings.
• Export DWF and other formats for internal and external collaboration.
• Maintain high level of communication and writing skills.
• Utilize BIM software and tools to coordinate design documentation.

• BIM modeling and CAD drafting and detailing for C&S discipline.
• Work under the direction of Design Engineer and BIM and CAD Job Captain.
• Ensure construction documents accuracy based on the updated BIM Models of other disciplines.
• Able to Collaborate and Coordinate with other disciplines' design changes and model challenges.
• Adhere to Project BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
• Strictly follow Organization BIM content standards and development procedures.
• May take the lead on developing some discipline specific BIM modeling content for project.
• Print drawing sets for professional team and participate in discipline reviews.
• Prepare own discipline model and/or content for BIM Coordination Meetings.
• Able to export DWF and other formats for collaboration internally and externally.
• High level of communication and good writing skills.
• Leveraging BIM software and tools as a methodology to coordinate design documentation.

Software Expectations

• Must be well-versed and knowledgeable on BIM platform such as Autodesk Revit.
• Must be well-versed in AutoCAD for drafting, detailing, drawing linkage and clean up.
• Must be knowledgeable in Design Review platform such as Autodesk Navisworks for collaboration with professional staff.
• General understanding of interoperability between software used to accomplish own discipline tasks.
