Formación

• 2+ years as Revit Drafter/Operator, MEP background preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Revit 2020 or newer.
• Experience with international clients is a plus.

• Update and revise drawings based on engineer/architect instructions.
• Produce layouts, sections, details, and sheets as required.

Role Description

The Revit Drafter (Plumbing Design Specialist) is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Cebu. In this position, the team member will prepare detailed plumbing layouts and 3D models in Revit, ensuring compliance with project specifications, local codes, and industry standards. Daily tasks include interpreting architectural and engineering plans, producing accurate technical drawings, updating models based on design changes, and coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams. The role also involves reviewing drawings for consistency and quality, performing clash detection, and supporting design documentation and revisions throughout the project lifecycle. The specialist will collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to deliver precise, well-documented plumbing design packages on schedule.

• Prepare and develop Revit models and drawings for plumbing and sanitary systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Revit Drafter / Revit Operator (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Background Preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Revit (2020 or newer)
• Experience working w/ international clients/colleagues is a plus
