Job summary

Viatechnik Inc. in Manila seeks a Digital Construction Plumbing Engineer to convert 2D designs into accurate 3D BIM plumbing models using Revit for international projects.

Responsibilities include developing 3D models, clash detection, drawings review, and coordination with project teams to ensure timely deliverables while upholding quality standards. Strong English communication skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with Autodesk Revit for BIM modeling.
• Experience in plumbing systems and construction drawings.
• Master Plumber License is an advantage.
• BIM certification is an advantage.

• Develop and maintain accurate 3D plumbing models using Revit.
• Convert 2D drawings and design documents into BIM models.
• Perform clash detection and coordination with other disciplines.
• Produce coordination and construction drawings.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely deliverables.
• Prepare RFIs and assist in resolving design and coordination issues.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related engineering field
• Minimum 1 year of experience using Autodesk Revit for BIM modeling
• Experience in plumbing systems and construction drawings
• Master Plumber License is an advantage
• BIM certification is an advantage
