Job summary

Clark Outsourcing is seeking a BIM Modeler to join our onsite team in the Philippines. You’ll create and maintain BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and related tools, turning drawings into accurate 3D models and 2D docs.

You’ll collaborate with design and engineering to ensure model accuracy, perform clash detection, and ensure BEP compliance. The role supports project teams through all phases and participates in meetings with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BIM modeling experience in AEC preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks required.
• Familiarity with BIM 360, SketchUp or Dynamo is a plus.
• Strong understanding of construction documents and detailing.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Position Title: BIM Modeler

Work Set Up: Onsite

What You’ll Do

• Create and maintain accurate BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, or other BIM-related software
• Interpret architectural and engineering drawings and specifications to produce 3D models and 2D construction documents
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure model accuracy, coordination, and compliance with project requirements
• Perform clash detection and coordinate resolution with relevant disciplines
• Ensure models comply with company standards and BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
• Assist in the preparation of quantity takeoffs and construction documentation
• Support project teams with modeling tasks and documentation throughout project phases
• Participate in project meetings and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in BIM modeling, preferably in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks; knowledge of other tools such as BIM 360, SketchUp, or Dynamo is a plus
• Strong understanding of construction documents and detailing
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and coordination skills
