Job summary

MicroSourcing in Quezon City is seeking a BIM Modeler – Revit MEP to independently develop and manage BIM models, focusing on mechanical systems and project standards.

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless model integration, review and refine models to meet deadlines, and contribute to BIM best practices. This hybrid, day-shift role in Eastwood, Libis offers growth opportunities and competitive rewards.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Revit MEP and BIM modeling.
• Familiarity with BIM standards, workflows, and coordination practices.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Junior: 1–2 years of BIM modeling experience.
• Intermediate: 2–4 years of BIM modeling experience with ability to manage complex models and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Your Role:

As a BIM Modeler – Revit MEP, you will:

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Strong hands-on experience with Revit MEP and BIM modeling.
• Familiarity with BIM standards, workflows, and coordination practices.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Junior: 1–2 years of BIM modeling experience.
• Intermediate: 2–4 years of BIM modeling experience, with demonstrated ability to manage complex models and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred skills/expertise

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field; preferred but not mandatory for Junior-level candidates.
• Experience coordinating mechanical models with architectural, structural, electrical, or other MEP disciplines.
• Experience working on complex BIM projects and managing multiple project requirements.Strong problem‑solving and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to contribute to continuous process improvement and BIM best practices.
