Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Revit MEP BIM Modeler in Quezon City for a hybrid work setup. You will independently develop and manage BIM models, ensuring adherence to BIM standards and project requirements.

The role involves coordinating with architects, structural and electrical teams to deliver integrated models and timely updates across project lifecycles. Ideal candidates have 1–4 years of BIM modeling experience, strong Revit MEP skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Revit MEP and BIM modeling.
• Familiarity with BIM standards, workflows, and coordination practices.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Junior: 1-2 years of BIM modeling experience.
• Intermediate: 2-4 years of BIM modeling experience, with coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop and manage BIM models using Revit MEP.
• Create and maintain accurate mechanical models per project requirements and BIM standards.
• Coordinate mechanical designs with other disciplines to ensure seamless model integration.
• Review, refine, and update BIM models to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Identify and address modeling or coordination issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to process improvements and BIM best practices.
• Maintain attention to detail and ensure models remain accurate and consistent.

Your Role

As a Revit Momdeller, you will:

• Coordinate mechanical designs with other disciplines to ensure seamless model integration.


• Review, refine, and update BIM models to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

• Maintain attention to detail and ensure models remain accurate and consistent throughout project delivery.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Strong hands-on experience with Revit MEP and BIM modeling.


• Familiarity with BIM standards, workflows, and coordination practices.


• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.


• Junior: 1-2 years of BIM modeling experience.


• Intermediate: 2-4 years of BIM modeling experience, with demonstrated ability to manage complex models and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.


• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field; preferred but not mandatory for Junior-level candidates.


• Experience coordinating mechanical models with architectural, structural, electrical, or other MEP disciplines.


• Experience working on complex BIM projects and managing multiple project requirements.


• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.


• Willingness to contribute to continuous process improvement and BIM best practices.
