Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a BIM Modeler – Revit MEP in Quezon City with hybrid work arrangement. You will independently develop and manage BIM models, ensuring accurate mechanical models and alignment with BIM standards.

Coordinate with architects, structural, and electrical teams to integrate designs and meet project timelines. The role requires hands-on Revit MEP expertise, knowledge of BIM workflows, and strong written and verbal English communication.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Revit MEP and BIM modeling.
• Familiarity with BIM standards, workflows, and coordination practices.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Junior: 1–2 years BIM modeling experience; Intermediate: 2–4 years with multi-discipline coordination.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop and manage BIM models using Revit MEP.
• Create and maintain accurate mechanical models per project requirements and BIM standards.
• Coordinate mechanical designs with other disciplines for seamless model integration.
• Review, refine, and update BIM models to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Identify and address modeling or coordination issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients through project lifecycle.
• Contribute to BIM best practices and process improvements.
• Maintain model accuracy and consistency throughout delivery.

Your Role

As a BIM Modeler – Revit MEP, you will:

• Independently develop and manage BIM models using Revit MEP.
• Create and maintain accurate mechanical models in accordance with project requirements and BIM standards.
• Coordinate mechanical designs with other disciplines to ensure seamless model integration.
• Review, refine, and update BIM models to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Identify and address modeling or coordination issues as they arise.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to process improvements and the adoption of BIM best practices.
• Maintain attention to detail and ensure models remain accurate and consistent throughout project delivery.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Strong hands-on experience with Revit MEP and BIM modeling.
• Familiarity with BIM standards, workflows, and coordination practices.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Junior: 1–2 years of BIM modeling experience.
• Intermediate: 2–4 years of BIM modeling experience, with demonstrated ability to manage complex models and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field; preferred but not mandatory for Junior-level candidates.
• Experience coordinating mechanical models with architectural, structural, electrical, or other MEP disciplines.
• Experience working on complex BIM projects and managing multiple project requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to contribute to continuous process improvement and BIM best practices.
