in Asia-Pacific is seeking an experienced BIM & Market Development leader to drive Southeast Asia growth, oversee BIM platform delivery, and coordinate with China HQ and regional teams. You will lead a cross‑functional team, define architecture, ensure localization, and manage agile delivery across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Specialist Diploma in BIM or experience in LTA projects is an advantage.
• Proven experience developing and implementing BIM-based platforms; proficient in Revit, ArchiCAD, Navisworks, Bentley, and IFC standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM-focused growth strategies across Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines).
• Lead product planning and R&D roadmap for BIM platform operations in Southeast Asia with localization for regional standards.
• Oversee project delivery using agile methodologies, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Market Development

Develop and implement BIM-focused growth strategies across Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines).

Identify and engage new clients including developers, architects, government agencies, and infrastructure operators.

Analyze regional market needs, pain points, and digital transformation trends in the AEC/FM sectors.

BIM & Product Management

Lead product planning and R&D roadmap for BIM platform operations in Southeast Asia.

Define core platform functions and technical architecture, ensuring localization for regional standards and workflows.

Oversee project delivery using agile methodologies, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget alignment.

Integrate emerging technologies (AI/ML in BIM, IoT, digital twins, cloud optimization).

Team Leadership

Build and manage a BIM consulting team for pre-sales, implementation, training, and standards development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in the AEC industry, including 5 years in team leadership or platform delivery roles.
• At least 3 years’ experience working in Southeast Asia, familiar with two or more major markets.
• Specialist Diploma in BIM or experience in LTA projects is an advantage.
• Familiarity with the CORENET X platform is an advantage.
• Proven experience developing and implementing BIM-based platforms; proficient in Revit, ArchiCAD, Navisworks, Bentley, and IFC standards.
• Experience managing large-scale or cross-border BIM consulting projects (PMP, Agile, or Scrum preferred).
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English, with the ability to liaise with China headquarters and regional teams.
