ALLIED SEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM Drafter for LTA Project/ ACMV to develop detailed drawings for Electrical/ACMV systems and perform MEP quantity take-offs. The role involves site inspections and supporting testing/commissioning activities across projects in the Philippines.

You will coordinate with clients and contractors to resolve interface issues, perform duct sizing calculations, and assist senior modelers with CSD submissions to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate from BCA BIM modelling course.
• Experience in developing detailed drawings for Electrical/ACMV systems is preferred.
• Proficiency in coordinating with MEP contractors and clients is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and develop detailed drawings and designs for Electrical / ACMV systems.
• Perform quantity take-offs for MEP services and prepare documentation for submissions and procurement.
• Conduct site inspections and verify installation works; support testing and commissioning activities.
• Produce construction drawings and provide technical support throughout project execution.
• Coordinate with clients, civil contractors, architects, and other M&E contractors to resolve interface issues and clarifications.
• Perform duct sizing calculations manually and using duct sizing/checking software.
• Design and size mechanical ventilation fans, grilles, and diffusers.
• Support senior modelers in Combined Services Drawings (CSD) preparation and other authority submissions.

As a BIM Drafter (LTA Project/ ACMV), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Prepare and develop detailed drawings and designs for Electrical / ACMV systems.

• Perform quantity take-offs for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing services (MEP) and prepare required documentation for submissions and procurement.

• Conduct site inspections and verify installation works; support testing and commissioning activities.

• Produce construction drawings and provide technical support throughout project execution.

• Coordinate with clients, civil contractors, architects, and other M&E contractors to resolve interface issues and technical clarifications.

• Perform duct sizing calculations manually and using duct sizing/checking software.

• Design and size mechanical ventilation fans, grilles, and diffusers.

• Support senior modelers in Combined Services Drawings (CSD) preparation and other authority submissions.
