Job summary

Allied Search Pte Ltd is seeking a BIM Drafter (LTA Project) to develop detailed electrical/ACMV drawings and perform MEP quantity take-offs. You will inspect sites, support testing and commissioning, and coordinate with clients and contractors to resolve interfaces.

The role requires a Diploma or Certificate from a BCA BIM modelling course, with hands-on sizing of ductwork and ventilation components. Opportunity for growth within a reputable organization.

Qualifications

• Prepare detailed drawings for Electrical/ACMV systems.
• Perform MEP quantity take-offs and document submissions.
• Conduct site inspections and support testing and commissioning.
• Produce construction drawings and provide technical support.
• Coordinate with clients and contractors to resolve interface issues.
• Perform duct sizing calculations manually and with software.
• Design and size mechanical ventilation fans, grilles, diffusers.
• Support senior modelers in CSD preparation and authority submissions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop detailed drawings and designs for Electrical / ACMV systems.
• Perform quantity take-offs for MEP services and prepare required documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and verify installation works; support testing and commissioning activities.
• Produce construction drawings and provide technical support throughout project execution.
• Coordinate with clients, civil contractors, architects, and other M&E contractors to resolve interface issues.
• Perform duct sizing calculations manually and using duct sizing/checking software.
• Design and size mechanical ventilation fans, grilles, and diffusers.
• Support senior modelers in Combined Services Drawings (CSD) preparation and other authority submissions.
