You will combine operational leadership with advanced analytics, ensure data integrity, and drive process improvements with vendors and stakeholders. The role emphasizes automation, AI adoption, and data-driven decision-making to support accurate financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in billing, pricing, financial operations, or reporting.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, automation).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee billing, pricing, and reconciliation activities with accuracy and compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts to drive performance and quality.
• Manage complex vendor and reseller issues and serve as escalation point.
• Partner with vendors and stakeholders to align on pricing and service delivery.
• Ensure data integrity across systems and regions.
• Oversee delivery of reports and dashboards across regions.
• Drive use of Excel, BI tools, and automation for reporting efficiency.
• Translate business requirements into reporting frameworks and insights.
• Identify inefficiencies and lead process improvement initiatives.
• Drive automation, AI adoption, and operational transformation efforts.
• Collaborate on cross-functional improvement programs.
• Own escalations with financial or operational impact.
• Collaborate globally to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain SOPs and provide coaching, training, onboarding support.
• Drive knowledge sharing and capability building.
