• Experience in billing, collections, or related work is preferred (1 year).
• Driving skills are an advantage.
• Amenable to work location in Carmona, Cavite.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain delinquency monitoring and tracking files.
• Prepare billing and follow-up notices for distribution.
• Coordinate payment for postage and delivery of notices (e.g., couriers).
• Contact delinquent accounts via phone, text, and email follow-ups.
• File, organize, and maintain records of notices and related documents for follow-up and collection activities.
