Responsibilities

• Preparation of billing and follow up collections to clients.
• Preparation of payments to vendors/suppliers and government agencies
• Assist Senior Accountant in processing and analyzing accounts;
• Assisting in the preparation of reports and schedules;
• Processing and recording transactions in the accounting system;
• Ensure complete filing of accounting documents and orderly storage;
• Assist in Tax schedule generation and preparation for filling;
• Ensures timely and accurate submission of reports; and
• Monitor, maintain, and file contracts related to billing and financial transactions.
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned by superiors from time to time.
