• 2-3 years in site management or facilities coordination.
• Knowledge of government permitting processes and LGU coordination.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rental costs to ensure efficient and justifiable rates.
• Manage assigned billboard site areas to ensure compliance and proper condition.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess and optimize site conditions.
• Update and maintain accurate site records in the system.
• Monitor site performance and ensure timely issue resolutions.
• Coordinate billboard activities with departments and personnel involved.
• Oversee site operations including maintenance, repairs, and electrical issues.
• Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders for site-related activities.
• Provide on-call support for urgent site issues.
• Attend to site owners' needs including rental payments and relations.
• Establish contacts with LGUs to facilitate permit processing.
• Coordinate with site owners for scheduled maintenance and emergencies.
• Process government-mandated permits for new and existing sites.
• Ensure filing and safekeeping of permit documents.
• Handle contract renewals and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain site documentation: owner directory, plans, permits, leases, titles.
• Report irregularities to Sales Head.
• Adapt to new tasks as assigned.
