Job summary

Fujitsu is seeking an experienced HRSS Delivery Lead (bilingual) to oversee Japan HR Shared Services from our regional hub. You will lead a bilingual team, ensure compliant and efficient service delivery, and manage relationships with Japan HR stakeholders.

The role requires strong leadership, Japanese (JLPT N3) and English fluency, and deep knowledge of global shared services delivery. Location: India or Philippines; relocation support offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7–12 years of HR operations or HR shared services experience.
• Experience leading teams in a SSC/ GBS or multinational environment.
• JLPT N3 or equivalent Japanese proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems such as SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Workday.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Fluent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Japan HR Shared Services operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor performance, manage delivery risks, and resolve issues proactively.
• Maintain and improve SOPs, process documentation, and controls.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
