Responsibilities

• Establishs connection with customers to gather information and file a first notice of loss claim.
• Provide overview of claims process for customers.
• Handle calls and electronic correspondence.
• Obtain and provide necessary file information to comply with standards.
• Follow guidelines for each claim or inquiry with clear documentation.
• Assist with scheduling auto/property inspections and rental car as needed.
• Remain empathetic and engaged during interactions.
• Use online resources and prompts to guide customers and set next steps.
