Job summary

Inchcape is seeking a BI Specialist in the Philippines to design and deliver enterprise-grade BI solutions using Power BI and Azure analytics services. This hands-on role combines technical delivery with leadership exposure and mentorship.

You will lead development, collaborate with data engineering teams, and translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans, while fostering measurable value for the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; certifications in Power BI/Azure are a plus.
• 4–6 years of BI delivery experience handling complex datasets/projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills; problem-solving oriented.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable BI solutions aligned with business goals and standards.
• Build and optimize Power BI datasets, reports, and semantic models.
• Lead complex BI initiatives with development coordination and peer reviews.

We’re looking for a BI Specialist to lead the design and delivery of enterprise‑grade Business Intelligence solutions using Power BI and Azure analytics services. What you'll do

• Design and deliver scalable BI solutions aligned with business goals and architecture standards
• Build and optimize Power BI datasets, reports, and semantic models
• Lead complex BI initiatives, including development coordination and peer reviews
• Collaborate with data engineering teams using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and related tools
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and delivery plans
• Mentor junior team members through coaching and hands‑on technical support
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver data solutions that drive measurable value

About you

• Strong expertise in Power BI (data modelling, DAX, performance tuning)
• Experience with Azure analytics stack (Azure SQL, Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks)
• Solid understanding of BI governance, standards, and security models
• Familiarity with Power Platform and REST APIs
• 4-6 years of BI delivery experience handling complex datasets/projects
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; certifications in Power BI/Azure are a plus
