Connext Operations Center (COC) Manager in Angeles, Pampanga leads centralized monitoring and reporting. You will transform operational data into insights using Power BI dashboards, SQL analysis, and comprehensive reporting.

The role requires expertise in dashboards for workforce monitoring, downtime tracking, and performance metrics, with strong leadership of analytics teams and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations analytics, reporting, or workforce analytics.
• Proficient in Power BI dashboard development.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience with operational monitoring platforms or uptime monitoring tools.
• Stable employment history and multi-source data integration.
• Ability to translate data into actionable operational insights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Connext Operations Center to monitor workforce availability and downtime.
• Develop automated reporting workflows to improve analytics efficiency.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards for workforce monitoring and performance metrics.
• Consolidate data from systems like UMT, MegaTool, Sprout and other reporting platforms.
• Deliver recurring and ad hoc reports to executives and leaders.
• Identify trends, risks, and operational inefficiencies through data analysis.
