SM Retail, Inc. - Corporate is seeking a highly analytical Business Intelligence and Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that drive customer engagement, marketing effectiveness, and business growth.

This role will work closely with Marketing, Customer Loyalty, Operations, and business stakeholders to develop reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions that support strategic decision‑making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field is required.
• 2–5 years in Data Analytics or BI/Marketing Analytics preferred.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Hands-on with PowerBI/Tableau/QlikView or similar visualization platforms.
• Experience with Python and/or R is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer, marketing, and operational data to identify trends, behaviors, opportunities, and risks.
• Generate actionable insights to support acquisition, retention, loyalty, and revenue growth.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to answer business questions and support strategic initiatives.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools.
• Monitor key metrics and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
