Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Power BI Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to support administration, performance, and operations of critical BI systems within a cloud infrastructure. The role combines cloud infrastructure methodologies with Power BI expertise, requiring strong problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Power BI experience, solid knowledge of cloud infrastructure, and hands-on experience in Power BI environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure methodologies.
• Hands-on experience supporting or administering Power BI environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with dashboards, reports, and data visualization.
• Knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with SQL and database management systems.
• Ability to work with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Microsoft Power BI and cloud infrastructure operations.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting Power BI and related business systems.
• Support the administration and optimization of Power BI environments.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure system requirements are met.
• Provide technical solutions and recommendations for complex issues.
• Participate in key technical decisions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and technical training within the team.
• Support dashboards, reports, data models, and related BI environments as needed.
• Ensure systems operate reliably and efficiently.
