What will you do as a BI & Data Performance Analyst? Reporting to the Data and Performance Manager, your role will focus on leveraging SQL and Power BI expertise to deliver high-quality, insight-driven reporting and data solutions. Your key accountabilities will include:
Using SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyse data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability across datasets Designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear, actionable insights to support operational decision-making Working closely with Operations Managers to understand reporting requirements and translate these into scalable data models and visualisations
Maintaining and enhancing existing reporting and data applications to ensure they remain aligned with business needs Please refer to the attached job description for further details on the role. What makes you the ideal candidate for this role?
An ideal candidate brings demonstrable experience in Power BI and SQL , alongside strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.
Essential: 2–3 years' hands‑on experience using Power BI, including building dashboards, reports, and data models that deliver clear, actionable insights Proven experience extracting, transforming, and analysing data using SQL, with a strong understanding of querying, joins, and data validation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex requirements Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Confident stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to communicate insights and influence decision-making
Desirable: Degree-level education or equivalent experience Exposure to Python (e.g. pandas or PySpark) for data analysis or transformation
