Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a BI&A Specialist to create and maintain financial dashboards and reports for management decisions. You will manage ETL processes, develop dashboards using Power BI and Oracle Analytics Cloud, and ensure data accuracy for global reporting.

Strong communication and AP knowledge are essential for effective stakeholder collaboration. You will work closely with a team to deliver enterprise BI solutions, document analyses, and support continuous improvement across reporting

Qualifications

At least 2 years in BI, data analytics, or reporting with data visualization and modeling.
Proficient with BI tools such as Power BI, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and Excel.
Minimum 3 years in Accounts Payable knowledge.
Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with ability to present analysis clearly.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented and results-driven.

Responsibilities

Gather requirements and communicate dashboard needs to stakeholders as a technical liaison.
Maintain dashboards for reporting using Power BI and Oracle Analytics Cloud.
ETL data from vendors and applications for global reporting.
Modify and enhance existing dashboards in Power BI, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and Oracle Transaction BI.
Troubleshoot reporting issues and provide status updates to stakeholders.
Support senior BI&A Specialists on deliverables and tasks.
Document reports and BI solutions per company standards.
Contribute to Global Accounts Payable reporting as part of Source-To-Settle.
