Job summary

BACL seeks a Technical Architect/Technical Manager with strong BFSI domain expertise to define enterprise architecture while staying hands-on. The role focuses on Java-based systems, databases, Linux environments, and exposure to AI-driven solutions, DevOps, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end architecture for LOS, LMS, KYC, and Credit platforms; ensuring security and high availability; mentoring teams; and coordinating with compliance and risk functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in program or operations management in BFSI/NBFC domains.
• Strong enterprise architecture experience in BFSI tech stacks.
• Hands-on Java/J2EE, databases, Linux environments.
• Exposure to AI-driven solutions, DevOps practices, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architecture for BFSI platforms (LOS, LMS, KYC, Credit, Integrations).
• Design scalable, secure, high-availability systems using Java, APIs, and Microservices.
• Provide architectural oversight, code reviews, and technical mentorship.
• Ensure systems adhere to security, audit, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, and infosec for regulatory alignment.
• Lead vendor integrations and technical evaluations.
• Own production stability, performance tuning, and incident management.
• Act as an IC for critical design and troubleshooting.
