• Manage work area and equipment to sustain safe, quality and environmental practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement programs and internal/external audits.

Brief Summary of Role

This position exists to ensure the continuous supply of simple syrup, flavored syrup and beverage to supply the Plant's operation in compliance to the requirements set by Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines, Inc. (CCEAP), Coca-Cola Operating Requirements (KORE), International Standards, and applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines

Key Responsibilities:

1. To ensure supply of simple syrup, flavored syrup and beverage based on Plant’s requirements, while ensuring compliance to requirements set by Coca-Cola Beverages Philippines, Inc (CCBPI), Coca-Cola Operating Requirements (KORE), international standards), and applicable laws and regulations.

2. To provide support by carrying out standard operating procedures including but not limited to Final syrup Preparation, Sugar Dumping, Caps dumping and others, to ensure production of quality products at optimum efficiency, productivity, and cost.

3. To ensure that validation protocols provided are carried out when variables are introduced to Process Operations to guarantee compliance to Coca-Cola Operating Requirements (KORE), international standards, and applicable laws and regulations.

4. To establish effective management of work area and equipment to ensure sustainability of operations and compliance to Safety, Quality and Environment Sustainability

5. To sustain Continuous Improvement through involvement in Continuous Improvement Program, participate in the Internal and External Audits, and follow People Agenda of the Company.

6. To abide by the Company Values, Mission and Vision; adhere to the Integrated Management Systems, and support Company Strategies and Initiatives.

7. Promote CCBPI Culture and Company Strategies.

Promote creativity and innovation to enhance current processes and practices to add value to the Company.

Participate in the implementation of the Company’s strategic projects within the designated scope of work.

Participate in the activities and events that promote well-being, commitment to the CCBPI Values

8. Other Activities

Participates in the preventive, corrective and improvement actions that are implemented in his work area.

Participates in the strategic projects that are implemented in the plant.

Carries out all activities in compliance to the requirements of the Coca-Cola Company.

Participate in activities that promote well- being and welfare by promoting integration and commitment to the values of CCBPI

Fulfills the current security, quality, food safety, occupational health safety and environmental policies in the plant.

Participates, develops, and executes actions that contribute and assure the fulfillment of the following standards: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, FSSC 22000:2018 and the standards that apply for the improvement of the system.

9. Decision Making (States the most critical and transcendental decisions allowed for this position to ensure that the position objective can be achieved)

Accept or reject concentrates, sugar, processing aids, or chemicals, issued to Process once non-conformity related to safety, quality, food safety, and environment is noted.

Stop operation when incident involves consequences to Safety, Quality, Food Safety and Environment.

10.Complexity:

Consult to Process Technician and immediate superior on disposition when parameters obtained are beyond the specification limits.

Consult immediate superior and/or other Plant’s stakeholders for prioritization in production runs in the event of changing customer demands (Planning Group).

Position Requirements:

College graduate of any technical course or vocational course with equivalent

extensive technical training/experience

Preferably with at least 1 year training or experience in an industrial company

Preferably experienced/trained to operate highly automated bottling equipment
