Job summary

TTEC is hiring a Customer Service Representative to work onsite at UP Technohub, Quezon City. You will assist customers by providing quick answers, guiding product choices, and resolving issues with empathy.

We welcome fresh graduates with excellent communication, require at least 12 months of BPO experience, and value the ability to explain product knowledge. A dayshift schedule and a supportive, inclusive culture await.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with a degree requiring strong communication and customer service basics.
• Completed 2 years in college or SHS graduates are welcome.
• At least 12 months of BPO experience.

• Experience handling escalations preferred.

• Answer incoming communications from customers

What You Bring to the Role

• Open to fresh college graduates with a degree requiring excellent communication skills and understanding of customer service
• Completed 2 years in college or SHS Graduates are welcome to apply
• With at least 12 months of BPO experience
• Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge
• Add experience in handling escalations preferred.
• Computer experience
