Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Strong FP&A fundamentals with experience in reporting, planning, and process standardization.
• Experience in headcount reporting and workforce analytics as part of FP&A.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end monthly/quarterly reporting packages for Group Business F&S.
• Design dashboards and data packs for audit-ready view of financials and HC health.
• Support annual budget and quarterly forecast with planning models in Anaplan.
