Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling, Inc. is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Associate in the Head Office to support HR Service Delivery. The role focuses on processing government benefits, maintaining records, and guiding employees on entitlements.

The ideal candidate has a college degree, 1–3 years of experience, and a keen eye for compliance and data accuracy. This is a replacement position based at the Head Office in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or college graduate with interest in HR benefits processing.
• Experience with government-mandated benefits is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Assists in processing government benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
• Prepares, validates, and submits employee requirements and documents for government-mandated benefits.
• Coordinates with agencies to track contributions, loans, and claims and resolves discrepancies.
• Coordinates with employees regarding benefits inquiries and claims.
• Acts as first point of contact for employees with benefit concerns and entitlements.
• Provides guidance and updates to ensure understanding of benefits coverage and claim procedures.
• Maintains benefits files and ensures records are updated and confidential.
• Supports audits with documentation and periodic reporting.
