Job summary

Payscale Manila is seeking a Project Manager to independently run benchmarking projects, analyze client data, and guide pricing initiatives. You will coordinate with U.S.-based teams, assign work to Benchmarking Specialist I, and maintain records.

A post-secondary education is helpful but not required, with strong problem-solving and data analysis skills essential. Work is in a hybrid Manila setting, with opportunities to grow in a data-driven, collaborative environment that values excellence

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education is helpful, but not required.
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills; ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Experience with relational databases is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate client kickoff calls and independently execute benchmarking projects.
• Manage complex pricing projects and ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
• Lead client communications via emails and video calls, conducting match reviews to validate job pricing.
• Assign benchmarking projects to Benchmarking Specialist I team members, providing oversight and guidance.
• Perform administrative tasks related to benchmarking projects, such as creating pay markets and maintaining job trackers.
