The PayScale Benchmarking Team solves puzzles for our customers. We work to ensure that our customers' positions are benchmarked to the appropriate datasets for their jobs. We are experts in using PayScale’s proprietary crowd and company-sourced data, along with third-party compensation surveys, to ensure accurate benchmarking and market pricing for our customers.
The role facilitates client kick-off calls, independently executes benchmarking projects, and manages complex pricing initiatives to ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction. They assign projects to Benchmarking Specialists I, providing oversight for accuracy and timeliness, while maintaining organized administrative records. In job pricing, they analyze job descriptions to determine fair pay values and collaborate with U.S.-based teams for consistency. They handle client-specific requests and provide support on urgent benchmarking projects to meet deadlines. Additionally, they lead client communications through emails and video calls, conducting match reviews to validate job pricing and identify improvement areas.
