Job summary

MeBe Family is seeking a Behavior Technician in the Philippines to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy to children in 1:1 settings at home or at MeBe’s Learning Center. You will work under BCBA plans, track progress, and help families.

You’ll receive two weeks of paid training to pass the RBT exam, paired with supervisors for shadowing and guidance, and grow within a caring, collaborative team focused on meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Caring and empathetic individuals who love to learn.
• Strong work ethic with reliability and attention to detail.
• Experience or interest in child development and autism.
• Willingness to obtain RBT/CBT certification within 60 days.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain professionalism with families.

Responsibilities

• Teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in a 1:1 setting.
• Follow treatment plans to increase communication, self-help, social, and play skills.
• Relay progress to BCBA and assist with assessments.
• Record behavior and progress in Central Reach after each session.
• Clock in/out and document notes in compliance with ABA and insurance rules.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean workplace.
• Assist with lunch breaks, bathroom breaks, and diaper changes.
• Support site director and supervisors with tasks and projects.
• Ask questions and participate in treatment planning with supervisors.
• Build positive relationships with families while upholding boundaries.
• Contribute to the MeBe Family culture.
