Qualifications

• Education: College degree preferably in Advertising, Fine Arts, Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• 2–4 years visual merchandising experience, preferably Cosmetics or Fashion.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and implement visual concepts and design intent from HQ ensuring full brand compliance.
• Ideate and develop thematic VMs and storytelling displays aligned with brand direction.
• Source, negotiate, and procure materials balancing quality, cost, and deadlines.
• Implement and adapt window displays, in-store animation, and planograms by market.
• Manage timely VM rollouts across stores bi-monthly or per schedule.
• Oversee installation, quality checks, and replacement of display elements.
• Maintain inventory of VM materials; manage storage and disposal of obsolete items.
• Document displays with photos for HQ reporting.
