Job summary

Future Glow Philippines is seeking a dynamic KOL/PR lead to manage influencer campaigns across health, beauty, and wellness brands. You will scout key opinion leaders, negotiate contracts, and craft strategic briefs aligned with campaign goals.

Responsibilities include coordinating end-to-end PR campaigns, developing partnerships, and tracking performance to deliver insights for multi-brand collaborations. Hybrid work setup offered in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Experience in PR, influencer marketing, or brand marketing preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads KOL scouting, outreach, and relationship management.
• Handles negotiations, contracts, and deliverables.
• Develops clear, strategic briefs for KOLs aligned with campaign objectives.
• Coordinates end-to-end PR and KOL campaigns.
• Strategizes KOL pyramids, partnerships, events, and seeding kits.
• Ensures outputs align with brand positioning and strategy.
• Manages timelines, approvals, and execution across stakeholders.
• Tracks performance and generates post-campaign reports and insights.
• Identifies and develops multi-brand partnerships and co-branded opportunities.
