Job summary

Shopee Philippines is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to design and manage BD performance frameworks, including KPI setting, incentives, and performance tracking. You will work closely with BD leaders and cross-functional teams to align targets with business objectives and ensure accurate incentive calculations.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, dashboard development, and collaboration with Finance and HR to optimize BD productivity in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Business Analytics, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with SQL or BI tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling performance data and incentive calculations.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills across functions.
• Structured, analytical, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine KPI frameworks and incentive schemes for the BD team, ensuring alignment with business priorities and sales objectives.
• Track and analyze BD team performance against KPIs, identify gaps and trends, and provide actionable insights to management.
• Manage periodic incentive calculations and payout processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Develop and maintain performance reports and dashboards to support regular business reviews and management decision-making.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing KPI and incentive structures and recommend improvements.
• Partner with BD, Finance, HR, and other teams on target setting, incentive policies, and performance management.
• Support other Sales Operations initiatives aimed at improving BD productivity and operational efficiency.
