Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Master’s degrees in Finance or Business Administration are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational risk compliance across core banking and capital markets processes.
• Drive contractual compliance by ensuring adherence to MSAs and client-specific regulatory requirements.
• Lead and facilitate internal and external audits with timely closure of findings.
• Mentor a team of Risk & Compliance managers to deliver on objectives.
• Use Excel and PowerPoint to drive execution and communicate effectively.
