Job summary

Vista Marina Hotel, part of FOD Corporation, in Subic Bay Freeport Zone, Zambales, is seeking an experienced Waiter/Bartender to join our hospitality team. You will greet guests, take orders, craft cocktails, handle payments, and work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Waiter or Bartender in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits and beverage service standards.
• Excellent customer service and guest engagement.
• Proficiency with POS and restaurant management systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service quality.
• Physical stamina to stand long hours.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Professional appearance and demeanour.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic numeracy skills for handling payments.
• Relevant certifications (Food Safety, RSO or Bartending) preferred.
