Job summary

The Sanctuary Café and Bar, a vibrant concept under YC Yummy Ventures Corporation, is seeking Bartenders to join the team in Quezon City. This role focuses on crafting and serving a wide range of drinks, maintaining a clean, stocked bar, and delivering friendly guest experiences.

Ideal candidates possess NC II Bartending Certification with F&B knowledge, and a collaborative, energetic attitude. Part-time shifts available, especially Fridays and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Degree or short course in Food & Beverage or NC II Bartending Certification required.
• Experience in bartending or bar support is advantageous.
• Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving cocktails.
• Understanding of inventory management and stock rotation.
• Positive, reliable team player.
• Willing to work in Maginhawa, Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Mix and prepare cocktails following standard recipes and presentation standards.
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service.
• Assist guests with drink recommendations when needed.
• Follow proper safety, sanitation, and bar operating standards.
• Perform other tasks as needed — teamwork is key.
