Description

As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee, tea, and specialty beverages, maintaining equipment, and delivering excellent guest service. This position requires proficiency in both English and Japanese.

Key Responsibilities

• Expertly prepare coffee blends, roastings, and tea, and froth milk to create a sensory experience.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor and serve as a company ambassador at all times.
• Drive service excellence with the Bar Steward, Jr. Bar Steward & Utility F&B staff, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Understand overall bar setup and correct any deficiencies that affect the guest experience.
• Partner with the Bar Supervisor to respond to feedback and develop corrective action plans.
• Own beverage areas and oversee product and service delivery against brand standards.
• Ensure accurate, professional, and timely execution of all coffee and tea beverages.
• Keep bar area clean, sanitized, and fully stocked; report equipment issues promptly.
• Drive beverage sales and promotions, upselling specialty dining venues.
• Process guest orders accurately through the onboard POS system.
• Manage beverage inventory and perform counts as directed.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
