Job summary

Manila Creamery is seeking friendly, energetic Baristas to join our team. You will prepare beverages and gelato while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, making drinks with latte art, handling orders via POS, and maintaining cleanliness. Must have barista experience and be willing to work at OPUS MALL; ASAP start preferred.

Qualifications

• PREFERABLY SHS graduate or equivalent.
• Barista experience is REQUIRED.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive and energetic attitude.
• Able to create basic latte designs (latte art).
• Willing to be trained.
• Must be willing to work at OPUS MALL.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming in-store experience.
• Prepare and serve beverages, gelato, and other menu items according to standard recipes.
• Create basic latte art/designs for coffee beverages.
• Recommend products, upsell add-ons, and promote seasonal offerings.
• Take and process customer orders accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
• Assist in daily operations, including restocking and basic preparation tasks.
